Client: Balconette

In collaboration with Balconette, we produced a series of films showcasing their newest product, BalcoDeck. The goal with the films was to highlight the qualities of their all-in-one rooftop decking system as well as showcasing the assembly process visually.

A key element in the films was to show the transformation of the roof itself. To achieve this, we installed time lapse cameras to document the process.

The films produced for Balconette included a product film, two promotional films, a time lapse video as well as a series of social media posts.

Behind the scenes

These films allow Balconette to tell a story about their product in an exciting way. The films give the audience an overview of the entire installation process, but also gives them a chance to see for themselves the professionalism and speed with which a decking system can be installed.

Our collaboration during the production allowed for the ideas to be evaluated and fine-tuned as the project progressed. In any creative process collaboration is the space where creativity flourish, and I am very pleased with the trust that they showed me.

Social media

Aside from producing videos for Balconette’s website and for trade shows, Balconette wanted to increase their social media presence as well. We modified the films to fit on a phone screen. The social media strategy was to show the transformation, create excitement, enhance engagement, and to show potential buyers the quality of BalcoDeck and hopefully convert them into customers. We produced a series of social media posts in 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 format.
